"I work in the Information Technology Services (ITS) department of a private college. I decided to evaluate 3 software / hardware solutions that would allow the instructor in a classroom to disable students' computers as needed during classtime. Vision was the clear winner in this evaluation. "One of the main challenges was trying to keep the students attention when I was trying to explain a program...or just talk to them... Now it is no problem... I just lock out their computer.
It really makes it easy to supervise the students with the supervision mode... when they are doing something they are not suppose to, I just lock up their computer. It only takes 1 time.
The demo mode is wonderful!~ better than a projector, because they have it right there in front of them instead of trying to see across the room...
