Once the you have decided on the question style you wish to create, NetSupport School provides a simple "Wizard" style approach to provide easy creation of each question.
The methodology used in NetSupport School allows a Teacher to create in minutes a structured and fully featured test. This can then be distributed in real-time to all of your selected Students and you can then watch as each student progresses through the test.
When saving Questions they can be sorted by category, Topic, difficulty and age range to allow for easy selection when creating a Test.
Now your questions have been created, you can share these with other teachers using our simple "import / export" option, its time to create a Test, which of course is simple a collection of questions selected from your library, and provided with a suitable description and appropriate time limit. NetSupport School again provides a simple interface that allows you to browse all available questions, add them to a new test in a single click, preview any questions you are not familiar with as well as preview the whole test once completed.
The Student is presented with a simple and clear exam console presenting each question in turn, allowing a student, where appropriate to review the questions in any order, provides a real-time countdown for time remaining and easy access to any supporting resources supplied with each question.
The Teacher is provided with a real-time summary indicating which Question the Student is currently attempting, which they have already completed and which were answered either correctly or incorrectly.
Once the test has been completed, in the preset time by the specified Students, the results are automatically collated, marked and made available to the Tutor where individual results for each Student can be saved to file. The Students PCs are locked while the teacher reviews the results on their screen.
The teacher can review the results in a number of ways, either a summary for the whole class, or as a report card for each individual student, which can be subsequently saved or printed.
The results can be presented to the students in two ways, either by allowing them to review the exam, but this time with the correct answers supplied, highlighting where mistakes were made, or by publishing a report card showing where points were earned and where they were lost.
To allow for content sharing between different classes, the ability to import or export questions is also included as standard.
