Quick Start: Projection from image source within 18 seconds of power-on.
Auto Keystone Correction: Projector automatically adjusts keystoning seconds after projection begins using built-in gyroscope technology.
Auto-source: Identifies and projects RGB and video input sources automatically
Auto-adjustment: Automatically tunes the RGB phase, clock frequency, and resolution to achieve the optimal image.
Unplug & Go function: Even after it is unplugged, the cooling fan continues to run, cooling the projector down. After your presentation, you can immediately unplug it and take it somewhere else.
Iris Lens Cover: The Iris Lens Cover protects the lens when carrying or storing the projector. You no longer need to remove or replace the lens cap, or worry about losing it.
One-touch foot adjustment: Easily adjusts the position of the projector using front foot adjuster.
Soft Carrying Case: Soft carrying case is included.
Tripod Mounting: The projector can be easily mounted on a tripod.
Special Features for Presentations
DCM (Dual Color Mode): Vivid Mode for color reproduction optimized for digital and moving pictures; Dynamic Mode for optimizing brightness. Switch between them easily with one touch of the DCM button on the top of the projector or from the remote.
Presentation timer: Indicates the remaining presentation time on screen, and allows you to manage time without keeping an eye on your watch.
Eco-mode: By projecting with approximately 20% less brightness, the power consumption and cooling fan noise can be reduced and the lamp life lengthened.
Front ventilation: Keeps the exhaust air away from audience members who sit on the side of the projector, providing a distraction-free viewing environment.
Full-function remote-control card: Ultra- portable card-type remote control is supplied as a standard feature.
Remote mouse feature: Use the projector's remote control to control your PC's mouse (separately sold VR-100 Remote Mouse Set required). This feature is great for smart presentations.

Outstanding moving picture reproduction: DCM (Dual Color Mode) technology and a next-generation DMD chip set deliver radically enhanced moving picture reproduction.
Compatible with progressive DVD input (480p, 576p) and HDTV broadcast (1080i, 720p): With the component video cable you can input progressive DVD and HDTV (1080i, 720p) signals. A 16:9 aspect ratio is also supported.

Superior Security Options
Security Password: Projectors can be set to require the input of password at startup. We recommend affixing a label to your projector indicating that it is password-protected to prevent tampering or theft.
Security slot: accommodates use of third-party anti-theft cables. The cable attaches to a desk or other fixed object, and the lock fits snugly into the security slot.
PLUS's unique technologies exploit the strengths of DLPTM technology to the full
PLUS has created a projector that offers astounding compactness, lightness, and brightness by combining technologies it has gained from its development of mobile projectors over the years with DLPTM technology which is ideal for compact projectors using a single-chip Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) system. A high contrast of 2,000:1 offers a superlative brightness that seems in actual use to supersede specifications. In addition, the DLPTM technology minimizes picture quality decay that often occurs with LCD projectors when used over a long period of time.

The one-chip DMD projection system used in PLUS projectors reproduces images using RGB sequential illumination technology that incorporates a color wheel. This allows for superb color uniformity, even against solid-color backgrounds. It also ensures perfect color alignment for clear images of small-font text and colorful charts.
DMD, the key device of DLPTM technology, controls images with the backside of each micromirror. Each micromirror corresponds to one pixel. This allows the grid between each micromirror to be less than one micron, so that DLPTM projectors deliver seamless, smooth, and accurate images.
