The Qwizdom Q5 has all the features the Q4 remote, including a large LCD screen with 5-line display and backlit feature to view in darker rooms or simply make the display clearer and brighter, answer confirmation and instant feedback to Right/Wrong questions. The Q5 also has some exclusive features that the Q4 and Q2 does not, the Q5 rocker-pad is a directional pad much like in video game controllers, can select letters and support fill-in-the-blank questions and even open-ended response.

In terms of battery life, the Q5 model is completely rechargeable. With the use of the group charger, ten simultaneous remotes can be charged at the same time.
