Description
The Ibid 400 is a 3’x4’ landscape format PC Whiteboard in the Ibid Professional Series. The Ibid Professional Series is the premiere line of whiteboard products from PolyVision Corporation and includes all of the capabilities found in the standard line of Business Series whiteboards. In addition Professional Series whiteboards have some advanced features including LED indicators, touchscreen projection support, forms and overlays, and multiple board tiling.
The Ibid 400 connects to a PC through a standard serial communications port and records everything written on it. From there the information can be filed, printed, e-mailed, faxed, or shared in real-time with remote participants*. (*Requires data conferencing software, not supplied.)
The Ibid 400 is designed to replace traditional whiteboards in conference or training rooms where a large whiteboard is desired, and will run on all IBM® compatible, Pentium 120 PCs or better running Windows® 95, 98, and NT 4.0 or higher. When additional writing space is needed, up to four boards can be linked together to create up to 48 square feet of active writing area.
All Ibid whiteboards are extremely easy to install and use, and come complete with all the accessories that are needed to use the board with your PC: software application, power supply, serial port cable, eraser, 4 standard dry erase markers, cubicle and wall mount fasteners. An optional roll-around stand is available for applications that require mobility.
