Description
The V-1100Z zoom projector provides complete ease-of-use for mobile projecting.
Now you can have an ultra-portable PLUS projector with a manual zoom lens! Enlarge your image optically with its 1.2x zoom. This makes it easier to set up, even when delivering presentations in cramped quarters. True XGA resolution of 1024 x 768 is what makes this small projector shine; matching laptop computers in compactness, featuring convenient built-in functions for mobile presentations, a full-function remote control card, all resulting in one of the world's lightest XGA projectors with a manual zoom! The V-1100Z satisfies the demand for an easy-to-use mobile projection tool. Yet even with the amazing drop in weight, no sacrifice was made in features. The V-1100Z hosts Picture-in-Picture, 4-Way keystone correction, digital zoom, an extensive on-screen menu, and a DVI interface. This zoom model has also been redesigned for quieter operation.
The V-1100Z uses Texas Instruments' new DMD DLP chip. With this next generation device at its heart, the V-1100Z projector delivers 25% greater brightness and 2.5 times more contrast than its predecessors in the V Series. Use of the new DMD dramatically improves the projector's contrast with an incredible 2000:1 ratio. Project crisp, sharp images in which black is really black, and white is really white. A rich range of gradations enables the faithful reproduction of subtle color shades, greatly enhancing the picture's quality. In addition to a compact, lightweight body that is easy to carry from the office, the new projector delivers 1000 lumens of brightness to be used in a wide range of settings, as well as features to support mobile presentations. The V-1100Z truly satisfies the ideal of an "anywhere, anytime" mobile projector.
Contrast Ratio:
An incredible Light/Dark contrast at 2000:1! Black is black, and white is white. This provides clearer images of text and fine drawings than other low-contrast projectors with the same brightness, also allowing fine gradations of expression with photographs and other images.
For a pure digital signal the V-1100Z features an advanced Digital Visual Interface (DVI). You can also project an HDTV signal through your DVI input. Note: Your computer must be equipped with a DVI port to use this cable with the V-1100Z.
Picture-in-Picture:
Advanced picture-in-picture capability! Display a video image on the PC screen in a pop-up window. Demonstrate more dynamic presentations by displaying documents on the PC's main screen, while playing video in the popup window.
Four-Way Keystone Correction:
A special exclusive to the V-Series; in addition to vertical keystone compensation, the V-1100Z offers horizontal compensation as well. Easily adjust your image from any angle in the room!
Short-Throw Lens:
Equipped with an ultra short-throw lens, re-sizing your image optically has never been easier! This makes it easier to set up when delivering presentations in cramped quarters. You'll have a large screen from a short distance.
Digital Zoom Feature:
This function projects the point you want to emphasize most on the screen, and allows greater control with a scrolling feature while zoomed in.
