Ideal for highly collaborative workers, CopyCam Image Capturing System changes an ordinary whiteboard into a copyboard, enabling instant capture of notes or drawings.

The CopyCam Pro model 81 is made even better from its predecessor, the model 80. It now offers an optional USB Drive for easier access and saving. The model 81 can write images to a standard USB drive with Fat12, Fat16, or Fat32 partitions. Also, 3-button interface gives the user options to directly capture the image and place it to any of the following: a printer, the USB drive, or the built-in Web server.

Equipped with a 3.5 megapixel resolution, the CopyCam Camera Arm captures lines drawings and writings in any color, it also automatically crops copies to board borders and enhances contrast for crystal clear copies. The built-in web sever can hold 40 images and is retained if there is a power loss. It can be accessed anywhere on the LAN using standard web browser and it also supports fixed IP addressing or DHCP protocol.

Other add-ons and optional parts include the RoomWizard Room Scheduling System (RW 10) and One-Click Publishing which schedules your meeting time and location, and to invite attendees and compiles meeting notes and automatically emails them to each attendee. There are also options to choose from when it comes to the Whiteboard that is included in the package, from the 4' x 8' Edge or Mystic with champagne trim whiteboard to the Huddleboard which is light weight, portable and very versatile. Adding cable management between the whiteboard and copy cam control pad to ensure neat and organized management of the copycam cables.
