I wish I could do half stars because I would love to say 4.5 stars. There are two things I have found challenging. First the weight; I have to move from room to room as a teacher and carrying that with my other devices can be a haul. I would love to purchase a padded bag made specifically for the device as it has odd dimensions. The other thing is that the wifi connection instructions are very vague and could use more step by step guide; I still have not figured it out and am using the wire connection (which is fine). The device itself is GREAT and intuitive! The free Avertouch software is easy to use, record, take pics, works on remote video platforms like Zoom for my students. The zoom on the device is great; I was able to put the camera on my microscope eyepiece and zoom in on that with great results. The clarity is amazing. I also do online tutoring and have found this to be a great tool to use when doing diagrams on paper or for viewing various resources. Recently did one on animal coverings and we looked at snake skin, feathers, etc. The kids were totally engaged. Pricy, but if you can afford it; I would say go for it; you won't regret it.
