We had some older document cameras that were great at the time but lighter colors were washed out when displaying in the Art Room and detail was not good in the Science Lab. We've replaced both with the ELMO MX-1 and have seen tremendous improvement on both bringing a more realistic educational experience to both classes. I'd definitely recommend these if you need great quality and resolution in your environment.
