I got this ELMO in a grant because it was the one that was purchased for other teachers. I have enjoyed it for two school years but now it will no longer read to my in-focus projector. I have looked at the manual and gone online for help. Answer: It happens and there is nothing I can do to fix it. To pay so much for a product and for it to break like this with nothing I can do to fix it is disappointing. If you are a teacher, you may have to replace the entire unit after two school years.

Touchboards response: This part is a carry bag but it appears you are trying to review the ELMO camera. The cameras come with a 5 year warranty so please call 800-947 ELMO and they can assist with repairing it or replacing it. They have a very good warranty program!
