I don't normally give reviews for products or companies because my experience may be different from others, but I cannot let this one go unmentioned. I received my keyboard tray with a broken plastic glider. I contacted Touchboards and asked for a replacement glider. Touchboards, however, worked with Fellowes to get me an entire replacement arm and in a relatively short period of time. All I had to do was take a picture of the broken piece. It works great and easy to install. Lots of positions and very sturdy. Thank you Touchbase, thank you Fellowes.
