The 45-261-216 is an extender that can be attached to command post using two (2) brackets 60-154-100. It replaces vertical mount base when installed. It is only compatible with 45-260-216, 45-266-216, 45-270-216, 45-271-216, 45-272-216, 45-273-216 sit-stand combo arms. The 45-261-216 also includes pivot covers and wall track mounting brackets.
