Overall very good - but some wire management poor.

The monitor arm is working great for holding my extra-wide monitor. Thought at first the arm was not holding the weight as advertised - but after making the adjustments it works fine. The way it holds the wires really needs improvement at least at the top - super poor starting point at the top - so I hung it differently. Something else that would be super great when up near a wall would be an additional swivel point.
