Well, i love this company. I made a mistake in ordering the wrong item. Completely my fault BUT they were crazy helpful in getting the wrong items returned and replaced with the write ones very quickly. I love how they have a chat option. I am often super busy, since there is only 2 people in our office for a larger electrical company and this means that I don't have time to sit on hold or even the energy to be on the phone, so having the ability to work on the various things WHILE chatting with a representative is really nice. I wish everyone had this option. The people helping me were super helpful and I really appreciated them helping me correct my mistake.
