Great Product Concept has Durability Issues

Minicam5 is a great idea, and it performs as described, BUT the first one I got toppled over and came apart at the weak point where the USB connection pivots. The wires were still active but I couldn't refold the camera. I contacted them, and I was quite promptly sent a replacement. The replacement worked for a bit and then seemed fussy and finally de-programmed itself entirely, so that although it gets power, it no longer loads and will not scan. I have spoken with customer service and filed a support request but have not gotten another return label as of this date, meaning I have been unable to use this product for my project for several weeks.

Response from touchboards: We have replaced this unit free of charge. We have thousands of these working flawlessly for road warriors and traveling business presenters and teachers. This is the first person we have come in contact that has broken one.
