Response from Touchboards: something is definitely wrong with this camera or computer. The image should be quite clear but we recommend people now get the new Solo8 which is the world's first 4K resolution document camera. It is light years ahead of the neo3

Although the price of the Hovermcam was less than other document cameras (Elmo in particular), I guess you get what you pay for! The quality of the image is lacking for one thing. My first camera had to be returned and they sent a different one that did not telescope up like the original. It seems like it needs to "adjust" (will be blurry and distort) every time I turn a page in a book or focus on some new image. I would definitely not recommend this camera to other teachers-pay the higher price for a better quality product.
