I ordered in late May and was told the product would ship in the first week of June. The ship date was extended every couple of weeks by a couple more weeks each time and I finally received the product 3 and a half months later in mid September. I don't know if the problem was Hovercam's or Touchboards but one or both is either incompetent or dishonest. I will not do business with Touchboards again nor purchase Hoverboards products again.

Touchboards Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the long lead time due to demand. This is not normal for us. However, we do carry in stock alternatives.
