We even offer free shipping and pay for shipping back! You are one the only customer that has had an issue with two different cameras so we have strong feeling this is user error and we even then refunded you every penny on this purchase. We are sorry this camera didn't work for you but it remains one of our top three sellers.



We have purchased two of these and both stopped working within a year.

One was broken out of the box and looked like it had been used by someone else when it was supposed to be an NEW unopened item. We have yet to get a single unit shipped to us that didn't have major damage to the packaging, from Touchboards.com (2) or from HoverCam (1 RMA Unit) .

If the touch screen dies then you can't change the input on the device. This is a terrible product.

The Solo 8 seems to be working out for us but stay away from the Ultra 8.
