The only issue we have encountered with this item is the video in/out cables. We were unaware that it was HDMI?Display Port ready, so we did not have cables that were appropriate. Once installed it was fine but it was a while in happening. There are about 4 power cables which seems excessive, but in the description, if the company (not your company but InFocus) could make a STRONG note about the in/out changes, those of us who still live in the first decade would not be quite so out of the loop. I had to call the tech dept because the technician onsite told me I needed to get "a new kind of cable", clearly not a lot of help. I did not see any notation in the little booklet either and frankly, I do not have the time to load a disc, review the disc, search for the inf. and so on, so I did not bother.
