arms need more reach - difficult height adjustment

Overall high quality product that fills the need. I would have preferred that the arms be a little bit wider. With 24" monitors, I am not able to adjust the arms so that the monitors wrap around the user - we are forced to have them in a very flat arrangement. Getting the system to go back down takes too much finesse and force. I am 200 lbs. and fairly muscular, but it takes a bit of a struggle to get the system to go back down to sitting height. MY wife (who weighs considerably less) REALLY has to fight with the height adjustment. This is with 24" monitors that are not particularly light so there should be enough wight under load that the adjustment wuuld not be so hard.
