Using my new bike as I type on my laptop. It takes no more than 5 minutes to put together, just drop on the desk and open the rest up and you're ready to go. On the bike for about an hour now, got a good sweat going, and responded to 20 e-mails It, not hard uphill work out, simple biking with some resistance. I can see doing video conferencing on this as your not bouncing up and down. Might be my best buy this year
