The stylus was exactly what was pictured and described. It worked right out of the box. The service was quite helpful, even though they were experiencing computer challenges when I called. Good follow-up after the order. My only disappointment, and the reason for a 4 rating, was that Education pricing is listed for this item but is not actually available.
