I have seen this item in work at another location, and it was the reason why I bought this for our Church Media System. Seeing it work there, it is clearly a 5* unit, but mine was DOA, will not pass data down a known and proven CAT6 Cable, and the IR does not work either. After they send me a replacement unit and it works? I will update my rating accordingly. Lets see how good their service department is...
