We received our copyboard quickly after we ordered on line. All our questions were answered when we called in regards to this product. I was concerned about the customer support after we received the product because we have had this product before by another major brand and customer service was terrible.

When I called on set up and a few other questions ( since I am not the most technical person but seem to have this job in our office) Rocky was very informative with help and even emailing me specific diagrams and drawings while staying on the line while I went through everything. I could not of asked for better support! I have called a few more times and each time it is the same. Ready to assist!
