An ordeal to get them to work

It took me over a month to get the monitors functioning properly. From the start the scheduling did not work right. we are using the USB input to display posters in our clubhouse. The User Manual that I downloaded from the Planar web site is very vague and not complete. I was in contact with the Technical Support at Planar since the monitors would not start up at the scheduled on time. They had me change settings and load a new version of firmware, but the problem persisted. Then the Technical Support person sent me a procedure that was not in the manual. I ran tests on the monitors and they seem to work now after many failed attempts at solutions by Planar. At one point I wanted to send them back, but they wouldn't do that without us loosing half of what we paid for these. Hopefully they will function properly going forward.
