Response from Touchboards: These speakers do work well but we do indeed have better solutions. I don't believe you bought these from us. We always recommend other models over these so in the future please contact us for some better performing and lower cost speakers. sales@touchboards.comThis is hands down the worst product ever invented by Smart (besides of course the SMART Table). You might as well go to Walmart and purchasw 20$ speakers, as they wont give you as much hassle.
