The configuration of the first unit, using the Exchange Cloud/Office365 software was PAINFUL. It took 3 weeks of working with various levels of Steelcase tech support and a high end networking consultant ($$$) to get this system to work. We have a very generic Office365 system, and it still seemed like Steelcase had never done this before. Once it was finally configured correctly, subsequent devices are very simple to add to the mix.
Once it is finally setup, the system is good. People love it.
