Bought two of these things and both of them have randomly crapped out. Contacted technical support to see what our options were and they can't be repaired, only replaced. $1600 devices and the moment they show any sign of issue, you need to buy a new one. If you do buy one, which I highly advise against, try to get the longest warranty possible because that's the only way their technical support would even be helpful.
