The stand is awesome. Much sturdier than other whiteboard stands, and the wheels are the best part. Tall wheels that roll well and won't break easily.

The reason it's three stars is because getting the stand was a hassle. When the package came in, several parts were missing. I spent an hour taking pictures and interacting with the company to get the exact pieces I needed to be ordered for me. Then when those came in several days later, I was still missing the wheels, even though I had told them about the wheels not being in the first package. I spent another hour taking pictures and communicating to try to get the wheels sent. Finally, almost two weeks later than the original package and after hours spent trying to get the stuff, I had a full Genius Stand. The customer service team was always helpful. However, they did not do anything to make right the fact that they had messed up my order two times other than saying, "I'm sorry, but there's not much we can do."
