Multiple Problems

This SB680i4 system with a UF65 projector has multiple problems:
1) Alignment - I can do an alignment and it can be out of alignment by a full inch immediately afterwards. Occasionally it maintains alignment. Usually I need to realign every period, often several times during one period.
2) Freezing - The system will often decide that it wants to save the "ink", when that happens, the system can freeze for one or two minutes. Afterwards the windows need to be resized again.
3) Scrolling - Often scrolling will result in a misalignment of the ink and where it was originally written on the document.
4) Speakers - The mounting of the speakers is on the sides of the SmartBoard resulting obstructed views of the board for students sitting in the front rows.

I am seeking alternatives to using this system.
